Registration Fees

All the prices indicated below are given in Euro, and include VAT.

Registration Details

• The registration fees for each workshop day include lunch and coffee breaks.
• The registration fees for the conference include 3 lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception on July 2 and the banquet on July 4.

Registration Policies

• The early registration deadline is June 4.
• The late registration deadline is June 24. On-site registration will not be possible.
• Each contribution presented at the conference must have a regular registration, and one of the authors must pay the publication fees (Springer Gold Open Access).
• Each contribution presented at a workshop must have a registration for the day of the workshop.
• Registered participants for a workshop can attend any workshop taking place on the same day as the one they registered for.
• Entrants and associates in CASC must register separately for CASC, using the CASC registration system.

Notes

• The registration form allows you to ask for a visa invitation letter. Please feel free to anticipate this request by sending as soon as possible a message to ijcar2024@inria.fr.

• The registration form allows you to register for IJCAR, the workshops, and the SAT/SMT/AR summer school. Attendance of the summer school is open only to participants whose application has been accepted. Applications are open until May 10 by filling the form available here. If your application is accepted, you will receive a code that will allow you to complete the registration form. Please do not register separately for IJCAR and for the summer school.
